Heading north or south of the M6 leave the motorway at junction 31, travel East (signs for Blackburn) at the Swallow Hotel bear left towards Clitheroe, you will pass BAE SYSTEMS on your right, keep going along this road for approx 10 miles, you will eventually reach another dual carriageway which leads to "SERVICES" at the services go around the round about as though you wish to come back to Preston and bear left into the gates, Welcome to Pendle View!
